Since chai has always been one of my favorite kinds of tea, it has been my mission to develop an herbal chai that is deeply nourishing. That is why I blended chaga, dandelion root, burdock root, turmeric root & astragalus root as the base of this tea. Chaga gives this chai a beautiful dark color and provides an abundance of minerals + bioflavonoids. Burdock + dandelion gently cleanse the body + support the liver. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory, which helps reduce aches & pains. Astragalus is an incredible immune supporter and is wonderful to take regularly during the harsh winter months. The rich + warming spices in this tonic ground the body, increases circulation + supports digestive health.


All organic: dandelion root, roasted dandelion root, burdock root, chaga mushroom, astragalus, turmeric root, cassia cinnamon, ceylon cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, coriander, star anise, ginger, dried orange peel, cumin, nutmeg, cornflowers & pink peppercorns

Simply simmer (covered) 2-3 tsp for every generous mug of tea for 15-20 minutes. Add in grassfed cream/milk/milk alternative + sweetener of your choice! I also like to use this tea as a base for black tea. Simmer as directed, turn off heat, and steep desired black tea for 3-5 minutes.
