Immune Milk Herbal Tonic
This is one of my all-time favorite tonics. It is both nourishing & immune building, which makes it an incredible daily tonic to add to your routine. While astragalus helps create a protective shield & keep your immune system strong, Shatavari soothes & strengthens the female reproductive system. This makes it a wonderful healing beverage to drink to help with PMS & menstrual cramps. Ashwagandha gives this tonic a grounding & relaxing quality, making this a wonderful beverage before bed.

INGREDIENTS: >> all organic << astragalus root, ashwagandha root, shatavari root, & cinnamon
HOW TO: In a pot, simply heat up 8oz of your favorite milk (my favorite is homemade almond milk) & whisk in 1-2 tsp of Immune Milk + sweetener of choice (I love using honey).
