all wild/organic tincture of: fresh flowering tops of motherwort + lemon balm, fresh milky oats, skullcap & passionflower
Take one dropper whenever needed. This a strong formula and a bit bitter. I like to take it straight, but it is also wonderful in your favorite hot herbal tea.
