Seaweed & Rose // Herbal Face Mask
skin types: great for sensitive skin, acne-prone skin; this mask is deeply cleansing and detoxifying without being over-drying.
∆ Bentonite clay is known for its ability to absorb & release toxins while still remaining gentle, making this perfect for people with sensitive skin
∆ French green clay is known for being beneficial in removing impurities and tightening the pores, toning the skin, exfoliating dead skin cells and reducing inflammation.
∆ Activated charcoal (carbon that has been treated to increase its absorbency) acts as a magnet and attracts excess oil and dirt out of the skin. Activated charcoal works because it chemically binds other substances to its surface and can absorb thousands of times its own weight, making it incredibly detoxifying and cleansing to the skin.
∆ seaweed is packed with vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and amino acids that are essential in maintaining healthy and youthful skin. It is also helps reduce redness and inflammation.
∆ Ground pink rose petals are soothing and add gentle exfoliation
ALL ORGANIC // bentonite clay, french green clay, activated charcoal, ground pink rose petals, kelp, dulse, nettles & bladderwrack seaweed
SUGGESTED USE // I highly suggest using this face mask once a week, or whenever you feel that your skin needs a pick-me-up. When ready to use, simply take a small amount (I would start with a teaspoon) add it to a small bowl, and rehydrate to desired consistency a few drops at a time. Experiment with using water, hydrosol, apple cider vinegar, or milk! Water is the most traditional way, but when I want it to be slightly more moisturizing I use one of my facial tonic sprays. Play around and find out what works best for you. If you add too much liquid, simply add a little more powder. Leave on for 15-20 minutes or until dry.
∆ when applying, use a circular motion to massage into skin for exfoliating effects
∆ I like to apply before the shower so it easier to remove
∆ This listing is for one 4oz glass jar. Each jar contains roughly 18 applications.
